Mavitek MVK series dual band pass filters are designed and produced for the 118-137MHz VHF Airband. MVK series cavity filters are made of blue enamel painted copper and housed in 19” rack mount. The connectors are silver plated and PTFE insulated.
Adjustable MVK series band pass filters can be ordered either in standard tuning rod configuration (MVK127P8D2) or non-elongating tuning rod (MVK127P8NED2).
MVK series are formed by two single cavity filters, perform flawlessly under extreme conditions from -30˚C to +60˚C supporting 350Watts (1dB IS) or 250W (2dB IS) maximum RF input power. They are the ideal choice Air Traffic Control (ATC) systems.
